New starters are exposed to the latest incoming jobs and upcoming work, under necessary supervision to ensure variety and responsibility from the get-go. The work is very varied but also specialised and ranges from advisory to legislative drafting, from litigation and dispute resolution, to commercial contracts in setting up legal organisations, leases and property purchases to derivatives and other complex financial instruments. The 10-week long internship provides an excellent opportunity to deep dive into the legal world and to work on real cases. Each intern is assigned a mentor and spends the duration of the programme in one department in order to get the best possible overview of legal work.
