STEP Monaco will host the STEP Europe Conference 2024 on 21st and 22nd November.

Ganado Advocates is pleased to support this conference, with partners from the firm actively participating in this year’s agenda.

Andre Zerafa, Managing Partner of the firm and co-head of the firm’s Investment Services and Funds practice, will join a panel discussion on key considerations for structuring family offices.

Additionally, Anthony Cremona, Partner leading the firm’s private client practice and Chairman of STEP Malta, will participate in a panel which will discuss trusts and foundations in civil law jurisdictions. Anthony will discuss aspects of Maltese trust law incorporated into its Civil Law as well as recent case law and developments, whilst contrasting Maltese trusts with Maltese Foundations.
