Stephanie Zarb Adami, a senior associate in our corporate practice, was invited to lead this seminar. The lecture provided practical guidance for company secretaries to effectively fulfil their roles, while also addressing issues related to personal liability for offences committed by the companies they serve, all within the framework of Maltese law.
