Francesca Vassallo is a Trainee Advocate within Ganado Advocates’ Shipping team. She works closely with and assists members of the team with regards to company continuations, company formations and liquidations, share transfers, conversions, director and/or company secretary changes, as well as the drafting of shareholder and director resolutions.
