Gianluca Sammut is an Advocate within Ganado Advocates’ Banking & Finance team, where he assists credit and financial institutions on regulatory and legal matters.

Prior to joining the Banking & Finance team, Gianluca formed part of the Shipping & Yachting team, assisting members of the team with regards to company continuations, company formations and liquidations, share transfers, conversions, director and/or company secretary changes, as well as the drafting of shareholder and director resolutions.
