Timothy Falzon is a Regulatory Advisory within Ganado Advocates’ banking and payments team. His role includes assisting in various regulatory processes such as obtaining or extending licences, passporting by services or establishment, managing portfolio transfers, mergers & acquisitions, and re-domiciliation.

Timothy is responsible for advising credit and financial institutions on a wide range of regulatory matters, particularly in relation to payment services, electronic money, and general banking activities. His advice ensures clients remain compliant with the constantly evolving legal and regulatory frameworks governing the financial services sector. In addition to his advisory responsibilities, Timothy is also involved in developing governance and compliance-related documents, performing regulatory gap analyses, and reviewing or drafting of policies and reports.

Timothy holds a Master of Arts in Financial Services from the University of Malta and has extensive experience in the financial services and regulatory sectors in Malta.
