Shipping Law Course Ganado Advocates is organising a shipping law course during the months of November and December. Targeting shipping and maritime professionals from the local industry, the course will give participants a full-immersion into the industry in Malta, delving into the role of the flag and the process for the registration of ships, legal definitions of a ship and a vessel, international owners, AML obligations, the most relevant maritime conventions, mortgages, claims/enforcements on ships, vessel classifications, and more complex and technical matters pertaining to shipping and tax.
