The Merchant Shipping Directorate, which is responsible, inter alia, for the registration of yachts under the Malta flag and all matters related to commercial yachts, will henceforth use its Commercial Yachting Notices (CY Notices) as the main method of communicating any matter that it wishes from time to time to bring to the industry’s attention.
