Mr James Farrugia and Dr Leonard Bonello will be speaking at the DELTA Summit which will take place between 3th-5th October at the Intercontinental Hotel, St. Julian’s. The Summit will be Malta’s official blockchain and digital innovation event backed by the Government of Malta and Bloomberg News as its official media partner. It aims to generate and promote a global discussion about cryptocurrencies and further highlight the government’s efforts to establish Malta as a pioneering and blockchain embracing jurisdiction.

Dr Leonard Bonello, Partner heading the Fintech and Blockchain practice, will provide an overview of the VFA Act in the morning of the 4th of October and Mr James Farrugia, Partner within GANADO Advocates’ Investment Services and Funds practice, will speak about blockchain and the future of trading in an afternoon session on the same day.

GANADO Advocates will also join some of the biggest names in the blockchain and cryptocurrency world, such as Binance, OKex and Neufund on the exhibition floor, with a dedicated stand where attendees will be able to ask lawyers questions related to the new regulatory framework.
