Organised by Skillsmalta, the seminar will provide an introduction to the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Regulations under Maltese Law as well as the continuation of limited liability companies outside Malta. The first part of the seminar, to be delivered by Stuart Firman, will introduce the key provisions of the National Foreign Direct Investment Screening Office Act, which came into force in 2020. Stephanie Jean Coppini will deliver the second part of the seminar that will focus on the continuation of Maltese companies outside Malta, delving into the legal and practical aspects of the process from a Maltese law perspective as well as registration requirements.
