Dr Max Ganado to give lecture as part of Virtual Financial Assets for VFA Agents Programme Author: Ganado Advocates Published on January 25, 2019 The Malta Institute of Management is organising a third intake for the Virtual Financial Assets for VFA Agents Programme, held at IRS Luqa, between 11th February and 1st March. The programme will conclude with an exam on 9th March. Dr Max Ganado will give the first lecture, on Monday 11th February, on the DLT Legislation Framework that will include an overview of strategic and philosophical issues around blockchain and history of the process towards DLT legislation in Malta, the underlying strategy towards the legislation and future ideas. Dr Ganado will also discuss the laws which were drafted and introduce MDIA, ITAS and VFA with some focus on the Financial Instrument test and the VFA Agent. Go back
