Ganado Advocates, together with Twenty-one Law and BCGL Advocates, will be hosting the 13th edition of the Employment Case Law Conference on the 2nd of December. Of particular relevance to HR professionals, unions, employment lawyers and other professionals with direct responsibility for employment law issues within their organisations, the conference will help individuals with a keen interest in this area to update themselves on the current events in employment.

During this half-day conference, prominent lawyers specialised in employment law will run through the most interesting cases which have been decided from November last year to-date, also outlining the best employment law cases of 2020-2021 from the Maltese courts and the European Court of Justice. Matthew Brincat, Partner within Ganado Advocates’ employment and pensions practice, will be one of the speakers at this conference.
