Nicholas Curmi, head of the firm’s capital markets practice, will be attending the 26^th Annual Global ABS – one of the largest events in the European structured finance and securitisation space and a platform for facilitating investor/issuer introductions. Organised by AFME and IMN in Barcelona between the 14^th and 16^th of June, this year’s conference will attract thousands of fixed income investors and capital markets issuers, as well as regulators, underwriters, trustees, technology and other service providers from all over Europe to discuss recent development and the outlook of the industry.

On the 14^th of June, Nicholas Curmi, together with several leading European structured finance and securitisation lawyers, will be participating in a panel session on the much anticipated (and yet to be published) European Commission report on the functioning of the Securitisation Regulation, more than 3 years after its entry into force.
