Employment Case Law 8th Annual Conference Published on November 17, 2016 GANADO Advocates, Twenty-one Law and BCGL Advocates have once again organised a half day conference to discuss significant employment related cases which have been decided over the past year. The Employment Case Law Conference, now in its 8th year running, took place on the 29th of November, at Le Meridien, St. Julian’s, and focused on how current developments in employment law – emanating from changes in the law, significant case-law of the Industrial Tribunal and related appeals or rulings of the European Court of Justice – will significantly affect employers and employment practices in the years ahead. Delivered by leading employment lawyers, this conference provided attendees with straightforward, direct and practical guidance about the cases that were decided over the past 12 months. Furthermore, attendees were presented with findings of the Industrial Tribunal and its trends over the past few years. Dr Matthew Brincat, Partner within GANADO Advocates’ Employment and Pensions practice, was one of the key speakers at this conference. Click here for further details about this conference. Go back
