GANADO Advocates co-organises 9th annual Employment Case Law Conference

On 22 November, GANADO Advocates, together with Twenty-one Law and BCGL Advocates will be co-organising the Employment Case Law Conference for 2016-2017 for the 9th year running. The half day event will take place at the Le Meridien Hotel in St. Julian’s and will cover current developments in law that will affect employers and employment practices in the coming years. These developments emanate from changes in the law as well as the significant case-law of the Industrial Tribunal and related appeals. Furthermore, binding rulings of the European Court of Justice are also highly relevant as Maltese courts continuously refer to such judgements and during this year alone there were significant decisions. This means that Lawyers, HR professionals and Employers continue to face challenging times thus attendance at this conference is highly recommended for those working in the field.

Dr Matthew Brincat, Partner leading the Employment practice at GANADO Advocates will be one of the key speakers at the event, which will provide attendees with straightforward, direct and practical guidance that will outline key information about the cases decided over the past 12 months.
