Malta Chapter Contribution to a Spanish Publication on Maritime Law Published on March 15, 2017 Dr Daniel Aquilina, GANADO Advocates’ Ship Finance Partner, has recently contributed to the annual Malta section of the Anuario De Derecho Maritimo Volume XXXIII which is under the directorship of Prof. Ignacio Arroyo. The Malta Update was co-authored with Norman A. Martinez Gutierrez Ph.D. who is an associate Professor at the IMO International Maritime Law Institute, Malta.
