Michela provides assistance in relation to several corporate related matters including company incorporation and liquidation, legal due diligence processes, M&A transactions and corporate governance. Michela has previously completed a 6-month rotation with the investment services and funds team, where her main areas of practice included structuring, licensing and ongoing servicing of Collective Investment Schemes (AIFs, NAIFs, UCITS funds and PIFs) and investment service providers. She has also completed three summer internships within the firm, one within the ship finance and aviation team and two within the intellectual property, media, technology and data protection department.
