Sasha provides support in all intellectual property related matters, both transactional and contentious in nature, including applying for and obtaining registered IP rights for clients, the enforcing and defending of IP rights, as well as drafting and reviewing IP-related agreements such as IP assignment agreements and franchise agreements. Additionally, Sasha also regularly provides assistance to clients in relation to data protection matters, ensuring that clients are up to date and complying with the requirements of data protection legislation.
