Calvin Calleja

Calvin Calleja is an Associate within Ganado Advocates’ public procurement team. He has been actively engaged in public procurement matters, assisting contracting authorities with structuring concessions and other tender documentation as well as appearing before the Public Contracts Review Board and the Court of Appeal to defend the procurement process. Calvin also regularly advises clients on the submission of bids, and assists economic operators and aggrieved bidders with their objections to the procurement process and related matters.

Calvin also assists in contentious matters with a particular focus on commercial and corporate disputes, including the rights and duties of shareholders and directors, contractual damages and agency and distributorship agreements.

Calvin holds an LL.M from the University of Cambridge specialising in international commercial litigation, international financial law, corporate governance and corporate finance.
