Bettina Gatt

Bettina Gatt is an Associate within the Ganado Advocates’ investment services and funds team. Her main focus has been the setting up, procurement of licences and ongoing servicing of collective investment schemes, asset management firms and other related investment service providers.

Bettina has also been involved in a number of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing matters. Primarily focusing on the financial services sector, she has assisted entities with queries relating to applicable legislation and sector-specific guidance. On an ongoing basis, Bettina has also been involved in the drafting and preparation of certain AML-CFT related policies and procedures.
