Mark Caruana Scicluna to speak at FinanceMalta’s Digital Asset Funds and MiCA

Mark Caruana Scicluna, Senior Associate at Ganado Advocates will be one of the panelists during Digital Asset Funds and MiCA: Malta’s Established Advantage, organised by FinanceMalta, taking place on 21st May in Warsaw.

The event will bring together industry professionals to explore the evolution of digital asset fund structures and operating models, including developments in tokenised funds and Malta’s position within this evolving ecosystem.

The programme will open with discussions on the evolution of fund frameworks, structuring options and operating practices in response to investor and industry expectations, followed by a practical session on building a digital assets multi-manager fund in Malta.

Mark will be speaking on the panel titled “MiCA and Malta’s Experience: What it Means for Central & Eastern European Players”, which will focus on regulatory clarity, supervisory engagement, and key takeaways from Malta’s experience under MiCA for operators in Poland and the wider Central and Eastern European region.
