Mariah Cutajar

Mariah Cutajar is an Advocate within Ganado Advocates’ Insurance team. She assists insurance and reinsurance undertakings, insurance intermediaries and protected cell companies with a range of legal, corporate, and regulatory matters. Her work includes advising clients on incorporations, corporate restructurings, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and ongoing corporate maintenance.

Prior to joining Ganado Advocates, Mariah practised in the area of dispute resolution, where she assisted clients in civil and commercial matters. Through this experience, she developed a strong understanding of both contentious and non-contentious legal issues and a practical approach to advising clients.
