She represents clients in contentious matters and assists them with resolving complex issues such as shareholder disputes, queries that arise from transaction-related litigation risk, and appeals from regulatory enforcement regimes. Julienne holds a LL.M in Commercial Law from University of Edinburgh focusing on corporate finance and contract law. Julienne’s commercial contract dispute experience is varied from licensing and distribution to service agreements, joint ventures and commercial contracts. She advises and represents clients across a broad range of industries and practice areas such as corporate entities, financial and credit institutions, and in all stages of commercial dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration and mediation. Julienne particularly focuses on advising pension scheme trustees on legal issues they face when operating a pension scheme and provides advisory, pension-related dispute resolution and corporate transactional support. Julienne is also a health and safety lawyer advising both employees and employers on all aspects of health and safety from policy developments to incident response and representation during regulatory proceedings.
