He regularly assists clients with the protection, management, and enforcement of their intellectual property rights, including trademark registrations, the drafting and negotiation of IP-related agreements, and brand protection strategies. Andrea has also researched and explored the regulatory challenges emerging within the digital landscape, particularly in the field of technology.

Andrea also forms part of Ganado Advocates’ Corporate practice area, where he assists clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including company incorporations, liquidations, and various other corporate transactional projects.

In addition to his current focus, Andrea has gained experience within the firm’s Capital Markets and Shipping practice areas.
