Simay Cilingir

Simay Cilingir is an Associate within Ganado Advocates’ shipping team. In her role at the firm, she works closely with shipping clients on a wide range of legal matters, including ship registration, company formation for shipping organizations, and other legal matters related to the maritime industry such as ship financing.

Simay previously formed part of the insurance and corporate departments at Ganado. In the insurance team, she assisted clients on matters related to corporate and transactional issues, as well as navigating the complexities of insurance regulations. While in the corporate department, she supported clients with company incorporation and liquidations, corporate due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.
