Ganado Advocates will be co-organising the upcoming “Pay transparency countdown – First steps toward compliance in practice” workshop, taking place on the 25th February at the Malta Chamber in Valletta, together with RSM, hosted by The Malta Chamber of Commerce.

Matthew Brincat, Partner, Lara Pace, Senior Associate and Claire Farrugia Chief People Officer at Ganado Advocates will be speaking during the session.

The session comes at an important time for businesses, as the European Commission has confirmed that the 7th June 2026 deadline remains unchanged. By that date, businesses will be expected to identify categories of work of equal value in order to be prepared for individual data requests. Given the extent of the preparations required, taking practical steps has become a matter of urgency.

This workshop on pay transparency will provide a practical walkthrough on how to design, refine and implement the systems and practices required for compliance. Participants will also hear from practitioners who have been through the process and who have identified legal and technical pitfalls to watch out for.
