Chris Grech, Associate at Ganado Advocates, will be delivering an online lecture on Dissolution & Winding Up of Companies, organised by Society Education, on the 12th of March.

The session is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive overview of the winding-up process for companies under Maltese law, together with an introduction to the rules governing pre-insolvency procedures in Malta.
