Ganado Advocates is pleased to announce the appointment of Clement Mifsud Bonnici and Philip Mifsud as new Partners of the law firm and Nadia Cassar as a new Of Counsel. Their appointments were effective as of 1st January 2026.
These promotions reflect their considerable experience and expertise, as well as the law firm’s appreciation of their valuable contributions. They have each advanced professionally by cultivating substantial knowledge in their respective fields, consistently prioritising client needs, collaborating effectively with colleagues, and maintaining high aspirations.
Clement Mifsud-Bonnici regularly leads complex, high stakes litigation involving Government contracts, competition law and shareholder litigation. Philip Mifsud advises on M&A transactions, corporate governance and restructurings, IP & regulatory tech matters, as well as foreign direct investment issues. Nadia Cassar forms part of the insurance team and advises on legal and regulatory aspects to this field including M&A transactions, restructurings and ILS.
