GANADO Advocates: Obtains court approval for the private sale of a vessel in highly contested proceedings

GANADO Advocates, appearing for a Latvian creditor bank, Joint Stock Company Rietumu Banka, succeeded in obtaining the Court’s approval to sell the debtor vessel M.V.
