The principal function of Ganado Management Limited (GML) is to handle the necessary regulatory, technical and administrative upkeep of our clients’ vessels and owning companies as well as other corporate entities incorporated in Malta. GML handles the related day to day administrative work and, in doing so, regularly interfaces with the Merchant Shipping Directorate and other authorities, actively operating in conjunction with the corporate and shipping lawyers of Ganado Advocates with a view to providing clients with a wide-based service platform. GML also regularly acts as resident agent of international ship owning clients operating Malta flagged ships, as well as process of service agent under various security agreements that are often entered into by shipping clients in the ship finance space.

GML is able to act as local representative of investment funds, retirement funds and collective investment schemes domiciled in Malta, acting as a point of liaison between the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) and the client. Within the aviation space, GML can act as professional user entity in relation to the registration, discharge or transfer of international interests in the international registry website in favour of the security interest holders and as process agent in relation to aviation security agreements for and on behalf of aviation companies.
