Matthew Brincat to speak during EU Pay Transparency Directive session

Matthew Brincat, Partner at Ganado Advocates will be speaking at the EU Pay Transparency Directive: From Legal Requirements to Implementation for Employers, a practical session organised by KPMG in Malta in collaboration with Ganado Advocates and Shireburn Software Ltd.

Taking place on the 14th March at the KPMG offices in pieta, the two-hour session will explore the EU Pay Transparency Directive and the significant obligations it introduces for employers across Europe to promote fair, transparent and gender-neutral pay practices.

During the session, experts from the three organisations will examine the Directive from complementary perspectives, providing attendees with practical insights into interpreting key legal requirements and employer obligations, understanding how objective job categorisation can be established using an AI-enabled approach and exploring workforce implications and considerations when managing organizational change.
