James Farrugia, the Partner heading the Investment Services and Funds team licensing and regulatory activities at GANADO Advocates, participated in a panel discussion at HFM’s Consequences of ‘Brexit’ workshop, that took place in London on August 31st. The workshop attracted European hedge fund professionals who sought to examine the impact that ‘Brexit’ could have on their business.

Mr Farrugia was a panellist during the round-table session titled ‘Business and operations: fund structures, service provider relations and retaining valued staff’. During this session, the fund structuring opportunities that Malta has to offer have been discussed.
