In this respect, the licensed entity must ensure that the delegate applies sufficient resources to perform the respective tasks and is of sufficiently good repute and experience to be able to do. In addition, since the delegation of a function does not amount to a delegation of ultimate responsibility of the licensed entity, the licensed entity must also create a framework that provides for effective day-to-day monitoring of the delegated function.
