Corporate Services and Governance teams join forces for better client support Author: Published on September 30, 2013 GANADO Advocates is pleased to announce the reorganisation of its corporate administration services and corporate governance teams into a single specialised Corporate Services and Governance team. The aim behind this move is to address increasing client demand for integrated corporate administration and governance services. GANADO Advocates sees clients through the entire process of establishing and registering legal organisations in Malta, advising on structural and shareholding options and drafting the relevant constitutive and related contractual documentation. Post-incorporation, GANADO Advocates provides a broad spectrum of corporate administrative services ranging from registered office, fiduciary shareholder, resident agent and process agent services to full corporate secretarial services. This includes the in-house engagement of trained Maltese-residents as Company Secretaries and the organisation of Board and general meetings, supported by GANADO Connect (Powered by Autonomy, an HP company) – an extranet browser-based document depository. We also assist with the identification of suitably qualified Maltese residents to act as company directors. Our team continues to support clients in identifying and complying with their ongoing corporate responsibilities. We help develop a corporate governance model which specifically reflects each client’s corporate profile, varying from regulated to non-regulated entities, ensuring adherence with local legal requirements and international best practice.
