Annalise Papa is a Partner co-leading Ganado Advocates’ corporate team.  She assists both local and international business clients on a broad range of  corporate and commercial matters including business set-up, continuations, joint ventures, intra-group transactions and mergers &acquisitions. She regularly assists on corporate restructuring and corporate finance projects as well as vendor and buyer legal due diligence processes. Annalise also regularly assists clients with other work of a corporate nature such as corporate governance matters,  voluntary dissolutions and beneficial ownership record-keeping and reporting obligations.
