Annalise Papa is a Partner co-leading Ganado Advocates’ corporate and commercial practice, dealing with both large multinational groups and closely held companies on corporate transactions and restructuring matters. She works with business owners and management teams to implement and refine corporate structures aligned with their commercial objectives. She advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including business set up, conversions, joint ventures, intra-group transactions, and mergers and acquisitions, often involving cross-border elements. Annalise is regularly instructed on corporate restructuring and corporate finance projects and has extensive experience acting for both vendors and purchasers in legal due diligence exercises.
In addition to transactional work, Annalise provides clients with ongoing corporate advisory support, including advice on corporate governance, voluntary dissolutions, beneficial ownership record-keeping, and reporting obligations.
She seeks to support clients with clarity and focus as they launch and navigate the ongoing development of their businesses.
Annalise is Ganado’s liaison Partner to the Sino International Professional Advisory Council (SIPAC).
