Benjamin Farrugia is a Trainee Advocate in Ganado Advocates’ Corporate Finance and Tax team. He works closely with senior members of the team in assisting both corporate and individual clients with a wide range of tax-related matters, helping them manage and optimize their tax obligations through effective planning and advisory services.

Benjamin previously formed part of the Shipping Department and Investment Services and Funds Department at Ganado Advocates. With the Shipping team, he regularly assisted clients with company continuations, company formations and liquidations, share transfers, conversions, director and/or company secretary changes, as well as the drafting of shareholder and director resolutions. With the Investment Services and Funds team, he assisted matters such as the licensing, servicing and advising investment service providers, collective investment schemes and asset management firms.
