Benjamin Farrugia is a Trainee Advocate within Ganado Advocates’ Shipping team. He works closely with and assists members of the team with regards to company continuations, company formations and liquidations, share transfers, conversions, director and/or company secretary changes, as well as the drafting of shareholder and director resolutions. Benjamin also regularly assists the Corporate Finance and Tax team with corporate and individual tax advisory matters.

Benjamin previously formed part of the Investment Services and Funds Department, where he worked closely members of the team with regards to licensing, servicing and advising investment service providers, collective investment schemes and asset management firms.
