Email Christine Christine Borg Vcard Associate | Malta Christine Borg is an Associate within the firm’s intellectual property, TMT and data protection practice group. She assists the firm’s clients in meeting their data protection obligations and provides regulatory advice to clients in the technology and telecoms space. Christine holds a masters’ degree with distinction in blockchain law from the University of Malta and has co-drafted a number of laws in the innovative technology, foundations and voluntary organisations areas. Christine has sound knowledge in Civil Law and assists clients in matters relating to property law, estate and succession planning and regularly assists in the establishment of legal organisations, particularly foundations and associations. Christine is the Legal Affairs Executive of the Institute of Legal Studies Malta (VO/0619) which was set up to meet the growing demand for information about law amongst the legal and commercial communities in Malta. The Institute not only provides practical courses but also supports research and publishes studies in topical legal areas.
