Francesca Vassallo

Francesca Vassallo is an Advocate within Ganado Advocates’ Investment Services and Funds department. In this role, she assists with the structuring, licensing and ongoing servicing of collective investment schemes, asset management firms, and other investment service providers.

Francesca previously formed part of the firm’s Corporate department, whereby she assisted clients with various corporate and commercial law related matters, including company incorporations, liquidations, corporate restructuring, and M&A transactions.

Francesca also gained experience within the firm’s Shipping department, assisting with the sale and purchase of vessels, incorporation and liquidation of shipping companies, crew matters, as well as other general maritime and commercial law related matters.
