Giannella Vella is an Advocate within Ganado Advocates’ litigation team. She regularly assists clients in contentious matters particularly in relation to civil and commercial disputes, whilst also having a keen interest in shipping litigation.

Giannella previously formed part of the corporate department, assisting local and international clients with several corporate related matters including company incorporations and liquidations, legal due diligence processes, M&A transactions and corporate governance.

Prior to this, Giannella completed two summer internship programmes within the firm, one within the capital markets department and another within the shipping department.
