Marcus Rizzo Naudi

Marcus Rizzo Naudi is an Associate at Ganado Advocates, forming part of the firm’s asset finance team. Marcus regularly assists clients in obtaining security in shipping and aviation matters and also advises on the registration of security both in terms of Malta’s local aircraft register as well as the International Registry in favour of lessors and financiers. In addition, he regularly assists aircraft lessors in aircraft leasing transactions, including the drafting and review of lease agreements.

Over the years, Marcus has completed placements in the firm’s shipping practice group, as well as the industrial relations and employment department with a focus on various regulatory matters. Marcus also holds an LLM from King’s College, London, with a focus on International Business Law.
