Her main areas of practice include structuring, licensing, and ongoing servicing of collective investment schemes (AIFs, NAIFs, PIFs and UCITS funds) and investment service providers. Prior to this, she worked in the firm’s corporate finance team, wherein she provided assistance in relation to various corporate law matters, including company incorporations and liquidations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and general commercial law. Yasmine has previously completed a four-year internship with various departments within the firm, including with the banking and finance department, the ship finance and aviation department, the insurance department, and the litigation and dispute resolution department.
