Amanda Attard is a Senior Associate within the Taxation team at Ganado Advocates, where she advises on corporate tax planning, international tax structuring, value added tax matters, and FATCA/CRS compliance and reporting obligations. With prior experience at a big four firm in Malta, Amanda has developed a strong cross-border advisory practice, assisting corporate groups, private clients, and family offices with the design and implementation of tax-efficient structures, financing arrangements, and international planning strategies. Her experience spans a wide range of sectors, including financial services, shipping and aviation, and digital marketplaces. She regularly advises on the tax treatment of financing arrangements, asset holding and operational frameworks, and industry-specific VAT considerations. Amanda also acts for high-net-worth and internationally mobile individuals establishing residence in Malta, providing strategic guidance on tax residence programmes.
