Amanda Attard is a Senior Associate within Ganado Advocates’ taxation team with particular focus on corporate tax advisory and tax planning, individual taxation and value added tax. Amanda advises clients on the setting up of tax efficient structures through the use of different corporate vehicles, taxation of employee share incentive plans, and taxation arising on a number of transactions.
