Beatriz Brunelli Zimmermann

Beatriz Brunelli Zimmermann is a Fintech Advisor specialising in regulatory and supervisory matters relating to the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and Information and Communications Technology (ICT).

Prior to joining Ganado, Beatriz worked at the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), where she was involved in the national implementation of DORA and gained substantial experience in ICT risk supervision. She was also a member of the local Joint Supervisory Teams (JSTs), contributing to supervisory work relating to ICT risk within Malta’s significant institutions alongside the European Central Bank (ECB).

At Ganado, Beatriz supports clients throughout the regulatory lifecycle on DORA and ICT-related matters, advising on authorisation and licensing, ongoing compliance and regulatory engagement, as well as broader fintech and financial services regulatory matters.
