Els Serracino Inglott

Els Serracino Inglott serves as the Head of Corporate Services at Ganado Services Limited, where she oversees the seamless delivery of corporate governance services to Ganado Advocate’s clients. By managing the efficient operation of the governance and company secretarial teams, she ensures that all clients’ corporate legal obligations are met. This includes facilitating smooth board, committee, and shareholder meetings, minute-taking and timely corporate filings and submissions.

With over fifteen years of experience in the operational aspects of company incorporation, governance, and maintenance of multi-jurisdictional corporate structures, including offshore hedge funds, Els brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She has led teams both in Malta and internationally, and is furthermore competent in drafting, establishing and implementing CSP regulatory compliance governance frameworks, including operational risk and AML.
