Els Serracino Inglott
Els Serracino Inglott serves as the Head of Governancem Risk & Compliance at Ganado Services Limited, with overall responsibility for both the Corporate Governance Services team and the firm’s AML & Compliance function. In this capacity, Els will oversee the continued development and delivery of our governance and compliance services, ensuring alignment across both areas.
With over fifteen years of experience in the operational aspects of company incorporation, governance, and maintenance of multi-jurisdictional corporate structures, including offshore hedge funds, Els brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She has led teams both in Malta and internationally, and is furthermore competent in drafting, establishing and implementing CSP regulatory compliance governance frameworks, including operational risk and AML.
