Emma Attard Bondi

Emma Attard Bondi is a Trainee Advocate in the Banking, Finance and Payments Department at Ganado Advocates. In this role, she works closely with other members of the team in advising credit and financial institutions on a wide range of regulatory and legal matters, including licensing, compliance, and contractual frameworks.

Since joining the firm as a legal intern in July 2023, Emma has also formed part of the Investment Services Department, the Shipping Department, and the Private Clients Department. With the Investment Services team, she assisted with the licencing and ongoing servicing of collective investment schemes and other investment service providers. During her time with the Shipping team, she was involved in vessel registrations, company formations, and liquidations, as well as a range of maritime and commercial law matters. Within the Private Clients Department, she contributed to a variety of matters relating to succession, family business structure, and general private client advisory work.
