Francesca Vassallo

Francesca Vassallo is a Trainee Advocate within Ganado Advocates’ Corporate department. She assists clients with various corporate and commercial law related matters, including company incorporations, liquidations, corporate restructuring and M&A transactions.

Francesca previously formed part of the firm’s Shipping department, whereby she assisted clients and members of the team with vessel registrations, sale and purchase of vessels, incorporation and liquidation of shipping companies, crew matters, as well as other general maritime and commercial law related matters.
