Guillaume Collé

Guillaume Collé is a senior associate in the investment services and funds team, based in Luxembourg (Ganado SARL), where he advises on domestic and cross-border investment fund matters.

His practice focuses on the structuring, formation and ongoing operation of Luxembourg regulated and alternative investment vehicles, particularly in the private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt sectors. He also assists clients with Luxembourg corporate aspects connected to investment structures, including the incorporation, governance and restructuring of Luxembourg companies and holding vehicles.

Guillaume advises private equity sponsors and asset managers on fund formation, fundraising, operational and regulatory matters, as well as on the establishment and governance of Luxembourg management companies and AIFMs.

Before joining Ganado SARL, he gained experience in the private equity, real estate, and investment management departments of two leading independent business law firms in the Benelux.
